Hello fellow Social Workers!
I’m a new Social Work Supervisor and would love to walk with you on your journey to becoming a LCSW!
Although I’m new to being a Supervisor, I’ve been in practice for over 20 years in various clinical and administrative roles in a wide variety of settings from child welfare, education, program management, health care, mental health, and private practice.
What’s it like to work with me?
I’m heart-felt about listening, co-creating, and teaching skills and neurobiology to understand ourselves first including healing our own wounds to be able to do the challenging and deeply transformative work with others. Using polyvagal theory, neurobiology and internal family systems as our guide, you will learn about how to use and care for your greatest gift – yourSELF in doing this work.
Supervision will be experiential, generative and libertory.
I also provide consultation and ongoing support to Licensed Social Workers and other healers looking for a place to process their work from an Interpersonal Neurobiology framework and Internal Family Systems lens.
